Specht-Manshlp Nuptials Announced Announcement is made of the marriage of Miss Dorothy L. Specht and Truman H. Manship, both of LeGrand which took place Sunday at Oskaloosa. The ceremony was read by the Rev. F. E. Carter. Attending the couple were Mr. and Mrs. Willard Ruby of Ames, brother-in-law and sister of Mr. Manship. ' Mr. Manship is the son of Mrs. Mattie Manship of LeGrand and is a graduate of LeGrand high school with the class of 1928. He attended Iowa State college and Iowa State Teachers' college. For the past year he,, has been athletic coach at Green Mountain and will hold a similar position in the New Sharon schools during the coming year. Mrs. Manship is the daughter of Mr, and Mrs. Charles Specht of LeGrand. Since graduation from the LeGrand high school she has been at home; |
